From the founders behind Kvalitetskontroll: 2,200 business customers and 30,000 users since 2008.

The customer journey

From first contact to a price proposal — before anyone gets in the car.

  1. The customer gets in touch

You send a text message with a link. The customer opens it on their phone — no app, no login.

  2. The customer describes the job and adds photos

They answer a few questions by voice or text and attach photos of what needs doing.

  3. Your company gets the overview

We sort the answers for you: what needs doing, the distance to the job, what is missing and which other trades will be needed.

  4. You send a price indication

A ballpark figure, an estimate or a quote goes to the customer the same day — with the questions you still need answered.

Now you know what the customer expects, and the customer knows roughly what it costs. If you agree, the site visit is about confirming — not discovering. If you don’t, you have saved an evening.

About us

We have done this before. Now we are doing it again.

Behind Nordikode is experience digitalising the building trades since 2007, including one of the founders and main owners of Kvalitetskontroll. We know the industry, the tradespeople and their working day. And we know what it takes when customer data, prices, quotes and agreements live in one system a business relies on every single day.

We know the industry.

We know the customers.

We know what it takes.

And we are here to stay.

Ten quotes. One job. Sixty hours.

This is what a typical job worth a couple of hundred thousand looks like. The numbers come from interviews with master builders in 2026.

6 h
is what one quote costs: the first call, driving and the site visit, notes, chasing subcontractors, questions to the customer, the estimate.
1 in 10
quotes becomes a job. The other nine are unpaid work.
60 h
of unpaid work sit behind every job you actually get paid for.
14 days
is how long a quote can take to go out. The fastest one wins the job.

Could you skip the site visit?

Everything you need to know — before you get in the car.

The customer describes the job in their own words, adds photos and answers a few follow-up questions. Stop driving out to jobs you do not want.

“You lose half an hour before you leave and easily half an hour after you get back – so you are two hours unproductive even if you were only away for one.”

“The faster the quote goes out, the better my chances of getting the job. Very often the customer pays a little more for that trust.”

Subcontractors

Need a subcontractor on the job? We prepare everything that has to be sent, for you.

The parts of the job that belong to another trade are picked out and sent as a request. The subcontractor answers on their phone, and the price lands in your quote.
